A friend of mine is looking for a new budget gaming PC, his challenge was to find a prebuilt machine for gaming for £500 or less.

He's going to be playing things like Europa Universalis IV, Skyrim, Minecraft, Hearts of Iron IV and Crusader Kings 3.

So far, I've found the following whilst browsing around:

https://www.scan.co.uk/products/sca...b-ddr4-amd-radeon-vega-8-240gb-ssd-1tb-win-10

https://www.awd-it.co.uk/awd-f3-ryzen-3-2200g-with-amd-vega-graphics-desktop-pc-for-gaming.html (1TB harddrive instead of 240GB ssd + Win 10 OS)

Are these any good? I'm extremely wary of prebuilds, but for a PC so cheap I don't imagine there's going to be massive differences performance wise between most components.

Neither have a gpu so its built in graphics so look up benchmarks on that chip and see how it works for the games you listed
From the sounds of things we're probably not going to get a dedicated GPU for £500 and under... At least not anything good. I think I'll present him two options, one such as the items I listed above (Once I vet the chips) and one with a dedicated GPU and let him know the difference. Take it from there I suppose :p
Thanks :D
