If this is a real Macbook you can run boot camp to install windows 7 on it. If it is a Hackintosh then just insert the DVD or USB stick and install.

You could run bootcamp like the above post suggested, or you could run Windows 7 in a virtual machine using something like Parallels.

A virtual machine works. I'm using Oracle VirtualBox to run Win xp under Win 7. It's an open-source program and installed very easily.
A version for Macintosh is available. https://www.virtualbox.org/
