I thought I would let you know what I found. It was not the drivers. After 2 hours of updating drivers and swapping video cards, I noticed a icon in the task bar starting up with the PC. It was HP Image monitor. A program that came with the All in one. What would happen is ,you could change the color setting back from 8 bit to 32 bit and it would stay until you rebooted. While rebooting I noticed that as soon as the HP Image monitor loaded the screen would go black and convert back to 8 bit. So I proved it by changing the setting back to 32 bit and clicking on the HP Icon in the start up tray and the screen went black and converted back to 8 bit. Now that I don't have it starting every thing is fine. Thanks Bruce
