Change CPU Battery without losing data

Hello:
Dell OptiPlex 780
Yesterday, 'Battery is low' popping up in the middle of the screen.

I trying to replace a new battery which I have already.

My concern is whether remove and putting a brand new battery causing 'data loss,' particularly the PC does not start up due to a change of the battery.

Any help on this regard would be truly appreciated.

All your data is stored on the hard drive and has nothing to do with changing the battery.
