Change CPU Frequency for a HP z800

Hi,
I use a HP Z800 with two x5570 Xeons. I want to upgrade to X5675 but I don't know how to change the CPU clock speed. The x5570 runs with 2.93 GHz. The X5690 needs 3.06 GHz. How do I adjust the CPU clock. I don't find it in the BIOS. Does the Motherboard adjust that automatically based on the type of CPU
