Change default settings of Epson C84?

Hi!

I have an Epson C84 and was wondering if it it possible to change the
default settings of the printing options. Specifically, I want the printer
to print always in black&white as the default option. Is this possible?

Just go to control panel, printers, and make your settings there. It will
keep the settings rather than doing it with each print job.
