how to change my internet explorer from 64 bit to 32 bit on windows 7 program

32-bit version of Internet Explorer is already on your Start menu - just click that instead. You can also unpin any IE icons from your taskbar and Start menu and repin the 32-bit version.

Alternatively you could use a much better browser like Google Chrome or Firefox 4 when it's released. IE9 should be interesting when it's released too.
