Change GTX 760 with GTX 1070

Is it possible to change the GTX 760 with the ZOTAC GTX 1070 AMP! Extreme (Alternative: Gigabyte GTX 1070) in the hp envy phoenix 810 005eg?

Curious on the PSU inside. Also check dimensions of current GPU in there vs the 1070 vs total space available.

The PSU shouldn´t be the Problem.
But there isn´t enough Space in there.
