Change Heatsink of a memory ram

I want to change the heatsink of my memory ram to a RGB, but mine already has white leds, I haven't check it out, am I getting a problem installing the new Heatsink?

Thats kinda hard to do.
You need to heat it up and they trying to pry it from thermal pads (with strong adhesive).
There is a risk that you will rip off the memory chip off the ram.
