change icon of running app in taskbar?

Is there any way to change the icon of a button in the task bar? (the buttons that represent running applications)

For example, I want to run several browser sessions, and manually set the icon of each to make it easier for me to focus the session I need. Unfortunately, the "change icon" button on the shortcut tab only changes the icon for the shortcut, not for the "running application" icon in the taskbar.

as far as i know you can change the icon for an application, but you cant have an application have 2 or more icons.

I would subject using a multiplies window browser like Avant. Avant uses IE6 settings and just adds a layer on top. Try it you will like it.
