Change in taskbar

i have lost my windows 7 takbar when i installed xp theme and i didnot get it back even i uninstalled the theme.the theme was crystal xp 3.0

CrystalXP is meant to skin....XP, or am I missing something?

Insert your Windows 7 disk, boot from it, and do a repair installation.
