Change IP on HP LaserJet 4240n

See title, everytime i plug it in it takes the ip of another printer i have in my office. How do i make it find a new untaken IP?

You should be able to set it to a static ip by visiting the configuration page (type the printers ip into internet browser). Should be under network settings > manual config.
