Change location of Save directory

Hi,

is there any way one can change the location where Morrowind saves the
games (another partition)?

If these are two NTFS partitions you're talking about, you could
possibly try using the magic of junction nodes to link your saves
directory to another directory on a different partition, or possibly
even the different partition itself.
