Change my on screen resolution and the screen goes blank.

I'm using Windows 7 and recently I changed my screen resolution from 1207*1080 to 2344*34@@(can't remember the last two digits) Anyways,as soon as I changed the resolution to this size,the monitor goes blank and has a dialog box that says that I need to revert back the resolution.How do I do this when theres a blank screen?(By the way,the monitor port is connected to the graphics card socket.When I connect to the primary socket,windows runs normally but nvidia is disabled.)

Use the buttons on the monitor itself to reset the resolution.
