[SOLVED] Change of CPU ( AMD A6 9500 -> Ryzen 5 2600 )

I want to change my A6 9500 processor because it has low performance. My current specs are
CPU : AMD A6 9500
Motherboard : AS320 hdv
Graphic card : GTX 1050
RAM : 8gb 2400 MHZ
Is Ryzen 5 2600 good choice for my new CPU?

The 2600 is a good CPU, but from a cost perspective it isn't the best choice. With the most current BIOS you can get the 1600AF which is just a lower clocked 2600 and costs less.

Or spending a bit more than the 2600 you can get the 3600. The 3600 will be ~15% faster clock for clock against the 1600AF or 2600.

You will need to update the BIOS before putting in the new CPU. You will probably have to go in steps for the BIOS updates. Just follow what you see on the motherboard page https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/A320M-HDV/index.asp#BIOS for each jump.
