Change picture?

Kinda feel stupid here, but I cant figure out how to change my picture. the one I uploaded is missing something. Only know how to get a new one when you dont HAVE one already.

Nevermind! the option to change my picture is back. It was gone for a while. Not sure why. Sorry about that
