i have this setup
3xArctic P12 PMW Front intake
1x CPU Coller Noctua NH-D14
2xExhaust Fractal GP-12

Have i change stock fan to another brand? (2xFractal GP12 - exhaust)
Is Arctic F12 PMW Black is good choice?

You do not have to change them, unless you really want to brand match. Those arctic fans should be fine, as exhaust.
