Change the boot screen to vista-like

How to change without any 3rd app, the boot screen of win 7 to be like vista? (I like the green progress bar)

Not possible.

some guys had it as problem, after some changes win 7 had the same loading bar as vista, so it seems that win 7 have it as primary, but if everything ok, uses the animated startup..
