Hi. You can do a lot with a prebuilt compter, including changing out the cooler as long as there is room in the case for the cooler you want to use.

Normally yes. However, this is not possible on some Dell desktops because of proprietary designs. Check this aspect on the desktop that you are considering.

Of course it is. Whether it voids the warranty or will overclock or will have enough power is the problem with that.
