Change users/username folder

Is there any way to change the name of this folder?

On this last time when I set my rig up I didn't use my actual name as my username, now C:/Users/Username is stuck as the name I put in first. Is there any way to change it without reloading Windows, changing a load of registry entries, creating a new account and deleting the old one?

Please, this install of 8 is the most stable I've had it, virtually 100% problem free

I'd just live with it, or set up another user.
100% problem free, change something major....not 100% problem free.

Yeah, the reliability I'm getting right now is crazy. Bar the odd buggy programs and one or two fans I occassionally have issue with it's perfect. Reliability monitor rates it as a 10 out of 10
