You can't. Going from 32 to 64 or 64 to 32 bit requires a clean install of Windows. You should have no reason to need 32 bit Windows 7. Only old 16 bit apps ( basically programs obsolete when XP was new ) will not run correctly on a 64 bit OS.

i think it might be chrome is the problem. the site staggers, freezes alot. i like options with chrome, fast but all the other glitches are annoying. i think i will go back to ie.
also, i thought you can't download 32 bit programs like ms word, but i was able to do that, rejected 64 bit, i don't understand the computer is 64 bit.
