Changed admin account to standard. Can't change back to admin

I changed admin account to standard. Thought other account had admin rights, but it didn't. Need admin account to change from standard but don't have one anymore. How can I change back to admin?

Unfortunately we can not help you here.

While there are ways to do what you need to do, it would be telling everyone how to bypass user passwords and get around security which is against forum rules.
