see if there a hardware failure...pull the gpu and one ram stick..see with the asus mb the power good led on and not blinking. make sure the cpu and gpu led lights are out. same goes for memory good led. if onboard video is not turning on may want to check power supply outputs with a volt meter. post your power supply info some units like the cosair cx are known to just die on people.
I cant enter the Bios screen again to get all back to normal, as it used to be, now I'm stuck on No video input screen. LED light on motherboard is on, so it shows that is working. I don't hear the beep, but its not ussual on my PC to hear it, i never heard it before when Im starting it

Changing the boot order of devices in you bios would not prevent the board from displaying a screen image on your system to the monitor.

If you removed the cmos jumper pin from the motherboard.
And there are three pins,

Two of the pins bridged may be for normal bios operation of the motherboard.
Without the correct two pins bridged the board may sometimes not post or produce a bios screen post or system power up.

Also if you replaced the bridge pin and set it to the wrong two pins out of the three provided the bios will be in constant factory reset mode preventing the board from posting or powering up with any signs of life.

Take a good look at how many pins are provided on the motherboard and try to remember what two pins the bridge may of been connecting before you reset the motherboard bios.

I bet it`s exactly what you have done, the bridge jumper is set on the wrong two pins.
Always remember the last thing you did before the board stopped powering up or posting to the bios or producing a screen display sit and calmly think about it.
And revert the last step you did.
