Accidentally changed Downloads folder to D:/ and I moved it back to C:/ but D:/ still acts as a download folder

So I accidentally changed the downloads folder to my hdd(D:/) so I moved it back to C:/, now the HDD acts like a hard drive. pic: https://prnt.sc/qwbf4o
 
Solution
With Win 8.1 and 10, if you simply select the D drive root as the target location for one of the Libraries...yes, this is what happens.
You needed to first create a folder, and use that as the new Download location.

Fixing this involves delving into the Registry.

Next time, just change that location in the browser settings.

1st of all i meant "the hdd acts like a download folder". 2nd here is a pic of the navigation panel https://prnt.sc/qwcoj5 and finally i couldnt change the download folder from the hdd to the ssd so i googled and i found a solution and it worked, but the hdd still looks like a download folder
