Changed from AMD to NVIDIA but forgot to uninstall old drivers

So today I got my GTX 1060 3Gb, and took out my R9 270. However, I forgot to uninstall old drivers and I have already installed the new card. My PC is not detecting the GPU (but the PC functions correctly and the HDMI cable is connected to my new GPU, and the fans work properly, so the GPU must work fine). I already checked the device manager, but it doesn't detectthe new card. Did I screw up?

Clean old drivers out first with http://www.guru3d.com/files-tags/download-ddu.html and than try installing proper ones. If your system supports onboard graphics, you may want to do it with 1060 removed and then reinstall it and it's proper drivers.

No big deal, just uninstall the old drivers and install the ones for the new card.
