Hello
I had an EVGA 470 gtx for a few years and just this week upgraded to a XFX 7970 Ghz edition. All my games ran ok on the 470 but it was starting to show its age and it was just time to upgrade so I went with the card most people seemed to recommend over the 680.
Anyway, I removed all the nvidia drivers and got everything cleaned out, then installed the new card and drivers. Most of my games run great, as good or even better than I expected. I tried Witcher 2, Crysis 2, Batman AC, Battlefield 3, and about 5 others that were all great.. But I'm having issues inside a certain few games. Black Ops 2 and Just Cause 2 for example both have some kind of issue that is causing things to become.... well I'm not sure how exactly to describe it but I've included a few pictures below.

I haven't seen it happen in anything else..Yet.. But I'm not sure what to make of this issue. Is it my VRAM? Is the card itself bad? Is this a driver issue? Is there some way these games have some kind of nvidia settings still? I am really just totally in the dark on this. I even tried reinstalling the games, verifying the game cache on Steam, and changing all the graphical settings inside the games. The issues are still there but in only these two games that I've seen so far. And it doesnt seem to effect the performance of the games either.
Even though the 7970 runs everything the way I'd hoped it would in terms of FPS with capped settings, I don't want to have to worry about this issue coming up with future purchases. I'm wondering if there's a fix for this or if I should just RMA it and get another one, or maybe even my money back and just get a 670 or 680. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
