[SOLVED] Changed Hardware now I cant activate windows 10

Hi yesterday i put a microsoft account on my old hardware to change the license over to the new hardware, i changed my cpu ram and motherboard in my system and now I cant activate windows 10 it says error 0xC004F211 and if I click troubleshoot it comes up with a message saying it failed to connect to microsoft servers.

I upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10 on my olf hardware if that makes a diffrence

No it was a custom built and was never given the key

But the key is synced with my microsoft account

Which Win10 build version are you running and is time/date set correctly?

In the past I simply called up Microsoft and explained that the old motherboard failed and it had to be replaced. I then asked nicely if they would re-enable my license. It worked for me.

Not sure if Ms servers are rejecting or they cant establish a connection to activate.
