Changed motherboard, need help

Okay so I went from an AsRock970 Extreme4 to an Asus Sabertooth 990fx r2.0

Computer boots fine, nothing wrong with a normal boot, but as soon as I try enter BIOS, the Boot device LED lights up and I get nothing, I have the most recent BIOS flash on a USB waiting I just cant get in to do it
I'm on windows 10 btw

If the boot sequence holds up on boot device led, there's probability your boot drive cables are not connected properly. Anyway, for just a BIOS flash you don't need drives connected, so disconnect them until you have it done.

Boot drives are in fine, I'm currently using the computer to type this, it only fails to boot when I use one of the BIOS keys on boot

Apply standard procedure then: reset CMOS. If that will not help, try removing all non-essential devices until you can enter BIOS. Note that your board supports BIOS flashback so you can strip it down to PSU only.
