changed my graphics settings in bios

i changed my graphic setttings from pci-e to onboard then saved and exited and now i boot it and it says no signal and also sometimes loads my log in windows thing and i sign in and then it freezes and continues to so no signal

Try clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute).
