Question Changed my PC case and PSU, PC runs but no display

So I decided to change my PC case and PSU. I'm a beginner at building PC so I'm not sure where it went wrong 😭

I'm pretty sure the GPU and RAM are fine as it was working before. I did notice that the PSU fan was not spinning but it has zero RPM mode. I then tried to do the paperclip test and the fan did spin but for only like a second then it stopped. I then tried to connect the build back to the old PSU and the result is the same.

New PSU.....did you use ONLY the cables that came with the new PSU?
None from the old?

Hi! Yeap, I only use the cables from the new one. The old PSU was non modular and new one is modular so I had to.

OK, just checking. Because that is a frequent cause of issues with a new PSU.

Double check your PSU to GPU 8-pin connections. There are 2, correct?
