Hey guys I hope this is the right section to post this. My old psu of 10+ years recently died and I replaced it with a new one. Plugged everything back in and computer boots(yay), however both my internal hard drives are not being detected in bios. Stuck on "insert bootable device" black screen. I even pulled them out from the bay and there seems to be no power going to them. Any idea what may have happened?

System is quite old but it's rare for both drives to fail at the same time right? I tried moving around sata ports to no avail.
The interesting thing is my cd drive is getting detected and spinning but the hard drives arent. Could the psu swap somehow fried both hard drives?

Nope I have not touched the motherboard since I put it in. Do you think that failed? But it's so coincidental for it to die now??

I also tried swapping cables from the cd drive to one of the hard drives, didn't do a thing. Didn't reuse any old psu cables or anything!
