Question Changed the cpu cooler, no display

Changed out the cooler in my computer, and the thing starts up but won’t display to my monitor via hdmi or dsp. Tried swapping the old one back on and got the same result. Tried ram switch, gpu swap, checked pins on cpu, reseated cpu, hard reset bios, really every solution I could find and no dice. Sometimes my mouse lights up for a split second and then turns back off right when I power it up. Anything I haven’t thought of yet?

Lancool 2 case
Prestige 600w power supply
Omen obelisk motherboard
i7-8700k
Rtx 2060
16 hb ddr3 ran
New cooler is vetroo v5 air cooler

did you remove the cpu for the cooler? check for bend pin on the socket?
remove the old thermal paste before putting on new one?

I checked to make sure cpu pins were straight and clean, reseated. Redid thermal paste. Nothing still

take the gpu out and test with igpu?
