So i changed the drive from 3tb wd green to 6tb wd blue, i checked power consumption and on both drives it says the same, but the thing is that the drive is not appearing in my computer, it shows that it is in disk manager, but it shows as "GPT Protective Partition" and doesnt let me either format it or do anything with it,and on devices section it shows usb mass storage device but i dont show which ext drive's name...Yesterday i plugged the drive to check if its not DOA and scan for dead sectors with HDTune, i created partition as GPT like i saw in youtube video about 6TB WD Green Drive so what went wrong in here?

Not showing the drive name in Disk Management is often because it doesn't yet have a drive letter assigned to it. Windows sometimes fails to assign one automatically where external hard drives are concerned.

Have you tried adding a drive letter to it in Disk Management? - - it won't be visible in Windows Explorer until it has a drive letter:

Connected as normal drive via sata and it lets me do anything in disk management here is the screenshot -> http://www107.zippyshare.com/v/MCOnZbyM/file.html and this is what happens when i connect to usb controller and connect hard drive to computer via usb http://www40.zippyshare.com/v/9axVsaWU/file.html cannot do anything, used this tutorial http://www.howtogeek.com/215349/how-to-remove-an-efi-system-partition-or-gpt-protective-partition-from-a-drive-in-windows/ and wiped the data of it making it big chunk of unallocated space, had to initialize the disk, made it GPT, assigned drive letter, and it now working http://www27.zippyshare.com/v/9QzR57ca/file.html

That sure looks like a USB driver problem or maybe an interface issue with the drive case. Try calling WD as they have excellent cust. support. Does swapping back to the first drive work right?

yup i made big mistake now, by swapping drives, had issues with 6tb drive but made it work, now 3tb drive which had 1.5tb of data in it is corrupted and had 3 partitions i merged unnallocated space and it asked me to format i didnt formated it - got raw partition, problem was that i was able to recover data from raw partition to external now 6tb drive and i formated 3tb drive was scanning for errors, and i thought to check files on that 6tb drive when i connected it nothing showed up i came to disk management and it was showing unnallocated space and asked top create a partition i did and it asked me to format it....so can anyone tell me what the hell happened here - i recovered the files which took me about 11 hours to do it, and when connected 6tb drive in enclosure - it showed me unnallocated space so where those files gone? now EaseUS programs shows 5 lost drives and 1 lost partition about 5tb in size so if i recover those files from that lost partition what will happen? they will be gone again?
