changin mb

I have a asus k8v socket 754 motherboard and im thinking about buying a new one as it is a bit old.
The msi K8N-NEO-Platinum mb seems like a good buy.
But is it worth changing the motherboard i allready have?
Will i get any real performance increase?

I would keep that setup... you wont notice any difference from the motherboard swap only.
