Changing 1070Ti to 2080Ti... What I need to do?

I am changing an Asus Strix 1070 Ti to an Asus Strix 2080 Ti.

What should I do to install it? Just remove the old one and plug in the new one?

Before you remove the old one boot into safe mode, and uninstall the drivers with ddu. Shut down, swap cards, boot back up and install the nvidia drivers

Also, make sure your PSU is up to the task of powering the 2080ti.
