I kind of doubt that will work... the dc2t and the Matrix have a very different PCB design and BIOSes from different PCBs don't tend to play very nicely with each other. Sounds like a good way to turn your graphics card into a paperweight to me and I definitely don't recommend doing it.
If you're intent on trying it, though, you can head over to TechPowerUp and download the BIOS you want to try. I forget what program it is that lets you flash your GPU BIOS but I'm sure a google search will tell you that in short order.
