Changing case, do I need to format my PC?

My question is basically the title. I'm thinking of changing cases so that means moving all the hardware from one to another so do I need to format my PC in order to do that or will I keep all my stuff after the change?

No it's only if you change mobo and cpu that you should format the hdd

You won't run into any software issues if you're just swapping cases. It should boot back up like it did before the new case. All files in place.

No.Just move the hardwares to the new case and you're good to go.Just make sure everything is in place.
