Changing ChromeBook OS

So I have a HP Chrome book that I wont to change the OS to Windows. I have followed this site's >

method 4 all the way till I boot up the flash drive and I see the windows log for a second then it blue screens and restarts to the devloper screen. Please help.

Chromebooks are not designed to run other OS than ChromeOS. You will have much better chances installing Linux.

The fact that you see Blue Screen just means that Windows has troubles initializing hardware. Try another Windows (eg if you tried Win10, try Win7). And last but not least - you'll have huge troubles using Windows on 16gb disk.

If that is actually a 16GB drive, a Windows install Will Not Work.
Bare minimum, just to install.....20GB.

Along with all the other issues of trying to install a Windows OS on that system.
