Changing CPU i5 750 2.66Ghz to i3 6100 3.7 Ghz

So i was thinking about changing my CPU to i3 6100 from my previous one i5 750 and i wanted to ask if its worth the money.

That will mean a motherboard, RAM and CPU change, plus probably a fresh install of Windows.

The i3 is considerably faster, but depending on what you use your PC for, it may or may not make a difference to you.

I know what that means and i want it for gaming to cover me at least for 2-3 years from now my gpu is MSI gaming r7 370 2gb
