Hopefully the title was clear.

Basically my computer, for some reason, can't sleep when I set it to boot from my HDD which has Slackware Linux and Lilo installed to it. But if I set it to boot from my SSD which has Windows 7 on it, I can set it to sleep automatically or manually.

Anyone know why this would be? Doing the powercfg /energy command in windows didn't really say anything specific, and /lastwake didn't mention anything because the computer won't even go to sleep for it to troubleshoot.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think this is a Slackware Linux bug instead of a hardware Windows problem. I can't help you, others probably can, but I also recommend listing this question in the Linux section of the Toms forum, and the Linux specific forums as well.
