Changing drive chrome downloads to

I recently completed my first build with everything running fine. However, when installing windows, I set it to install to my SSD. Now, windows automatically downloads to the SSD, instead of my other hard drives. This is especially the case with chrome, and I can find no way to change which drive it downloads to. Is there a way to change this, or change which one is my primary drive and is automatically downloaded to?

Click Show advanced settings and scroll down to the "Downloads" section.

1. To change the default download location, click Change and select where you'd like your files to be saved.
2. If you'd rather choose a specific location for each download, select the "Ask where to save each file before downloading" checkbox.
