Changing form a dual core i7 to a Quad Core i7. Is it possible?

I actually use an Intel i7 4500U in a Dell Inspiron 15 7357 laptop, I wanted to know if there is the possiblity of upgrading to a quad core i7 of -MQ -HQ series. Thanks for your reply, what can I change in order to make this possible? Even if it is buying another components

There is nothing you can do to put a different processor in your laptop.

The cpu is built into the motherboard.
