Current build what do I need to change to go from AMD to Intel

You will need a new motherboard and processor, that is for sure. Just pick out a board that supports your existing ram. Operating system might be a little wonky changing from AMD to Intel.

just dont think AMD is doing it for me, could be just me but if I go from fx6300 to fx8350 would that be better than going from AMD to intel.. OEM i think I NO I would need a new windows if I did switch

If you switch, you'll need a minimum of a new CPU and motherboard. If you go the Skylake route (current platform, denoted by ix-6xxx model names), then that only supports DDR3L and DDR4, so you'd be looking at RAM too. If you have an OEM edition of Windows, that's tied to the motherboard, so you'd need another copy of Windows as well.

Sizzling is right... you can change your CPU out all day long and it's not going to speed up your system. 4GB really isn't even enough to effectively browse the internet anymore with the memory hogs that Firefox and Chrome have become. And, as far as gaming goes, that GT 640 isn't going to do much. You have much bigger fish to fry than the CPU.

In fact, from that part list, I would say your CPU is the best piece you have.
