Changing from MSI Afterburner To WattMan (RX 570)

I have RX 570 GPU
Overclocked the C.Clock 1480Mhz and M.Clock to 2125Mhz (+96mv and 50% power limit inc) using afterburner everything was fine until the new update from AMD 17.7.2 now they have screwed with the sensors of other utilities. So decided to OC using Wattman
1. What is the maximum (mv) to put under core clock voltage default max is 1150(was simple in Afterburner just slider to max)
2.How to set custom fan curve, can we do it or not.
3.How to step up the graph to 1480Mhz in core and 2125Mhz in Memory (just replace the last values?)

You should never just go for the 'maximum' safe voltage. Always try adjusting clocks at default volts first. Only AFTER you find the clock limits at default voltage should you start adjusting it. Did you monitor your GPU speeds while gaming to make sure it wasn't throttling down? With that voltage it may have been constantly throttling and you would never know.
Finding maximum stable overclock takes time. Trying to shortcut the process will just lead to disappointing results since the maximum safe voltage for the card is probably NOT where you'll get the maximum safe overclock due to excess heat.

But anyway, to answer your questions, the 1150 you see is in mv so if you wanted to add 96mv it would be 1150+96=1246mv. However, I wouldn't overvolt that much. Start adjusting the clock first, then when you hit a ceiling bump up the mv by 20-25 and see where that gets you.
You can't set a full fan curve but you can set a min and target.
To step up the graph you can adjust the % overclock as a whole or just change the the last two states (6 and 7) to the speed you want. For the memory just drag the slider up.

I already tried your method of overclocking in Afterburner where i reached ~1440Mhz (unstable at 1450Mhz)Core clock without unlocking voltage then unlocking voltage reached 1500Mhz but was not stable so dropped to 1480Mhz.
The temp was not a problem my GPU was below 65C during heavy gaming and other benchmarks at 100% fan speed
but i have seen the voltage to reach a max of 1237mv in MSI Afterburner
So can the same be applied to WattMan and also what if it exceeds 1246mv will it fry my GPU what steps should i check before OCing should i start over and also the new update(17.7.2) disables sensors of other monitoring tools except WattMan so it will be difficult for me to start over.

Starting over may be a good option.
Yes, disable (don't load) afterburner, rivatuner, or any other monitoring/overclocking program. If you want to start at around +25mv and see what you can get it to that would be fine. I'm not a big fan of upping the voltage a lot - I usually play it super safe.

The other question to ask yourself is, are you overclocking for the fun of it or is it only to get more FPS. If it's only for more FPS then you shouldn't have to march it right up to the south side of instability. Keeping it 30-50Mhz lower would probably not even be noticeable in games and would allow you to keep the volts down.

I cannot change the voltage (mv) in WattMan this driver is screwed seriously, i am reverting back to 17.6.2!!

I'm using the older 17.4.3. It's been good to me so no reason to upgrade.

I went back to 17.4.4 and using my Afterburner for OC
but The Surge game has blue artifacts in 17.4.4 whereas if we update we can play The Surge but every other game spikes, black screen and all. Maybe i wont update and play surge for a while

Whoa!!
If you are experiencing artifacts with one driver and black screens with another, you are overclocking too much. Back it down or risk permanent damage to your card (which may have already happened).

LOL Don't Worry about my OC i've checked with all kinds of synthetic benchmarks with core as 1480Mhz and 2125Mhz Memory Clock
The black screen was from dx12 Sniper elite 4 when opened with dx11 it works completely(Driver problem)
The blue texture bug is with surge not artifacts playable completely but blue shades will be flickering in game.(Driver issue)
Actually i have opened a thread about the black screen issue myself here
My GPU performs even better than stock rx 580 in many titles when comparing GPU benchmarks from various sources
maybe i got lucky in silicon lottery. I just have a bad mobo if i can overclock my 3570K my machine will be a beast in every title

Hmmm, so if you back all your clocks and voltages down to stock the black screen and blue texture issues are still there...? (although this isn't really a reliable test as your card may already be damaged)

Thanks for your concern double checked using stock settings still blue haze is coming in game on 17.4.4 version
When updated to above 17.5.*or > it works perfectly as told it was a driver issue.
Also no black screen on dx12 titles on 17.4.4 only on updated drivers dx12 games have black screen!

Glad you figured it out!
It's not always best to go with the latest and greatest drivers.
