Changing Games on Origin

I am going to buy some games on Origin tomorrow (There's a chance) on my laptop.
And on the beginning of February I'my going to build a PC.

Can I transfer the games on Origin on my laptop to the Origin in my future PC?

Only if you have the CD version of the games, otherwise you need to completely re-download them.

The game licenses stay with your account, you can download them on more than one computer. But you need to be logged in to Origin to play. Steam is the same.

Also, once registered a game on one account you can't transfer it to another. So be careful on what account you are using.

i will add that is also possible to 'backup' your orgin games, though its not as fluid as steam's process. i believe you can also restore orgin games from a back up, but its been a while since ive done so, and it takes a bit of finicking.

If the game is downloaded to your laptop you can actually take the downloaded/installed game files and drag and drop it to a new location on your PC. You just have to make sure the settings on Origin that's on your PC matches where you move the game.

I just did this with Titanfall and it works just fine.

I only have one account, I'm not transferring games onto accounts but PCs.

Yes, you could do that.

Once you have bought a game on Origin, it stays with your account. Then you can download it on which ever PC you want. But you cant run the game on 2 different PC's at the same time, Origin won't be able to keep up with all your unlocks and achievements.

Or just download and reinstall them on your PC when you install the Origin client.

You don't have to buy the game again, just download origin and log in with the same account you used on your old computer.
