Can my Packard Bell iMediaS2870 run EVGA GeForce GTX 760 SC 4GB DisplayPort HDMI DVI-I/DVI-D Graphics Card with ACX Cooler and is it a good choice for games like Assassins Creed Unity,Bioshock Infinite, Watch_Dogs,BF4 and such games and will it be able to run them on ultra or high (not that it matters)

Hello... Set your computer on it's side, remove the side cover and look or remove your Power Supply... So you can view the Label on it... All the information from the maker to it's ratings are on it.
Your Video Card and CPU require the Most from the +12Vdc Current lines on it... The GTX 760 GPU will require over 12 amps of +12Vdc alone... What CPU do you have?

a 220 watt PS is not going to work with the GTX 760... your CPU requires 7 amps of +12Vdc current.
Your options are,
1) To upgrade your PS and/or Case to around 400 watts or larger.
2) Try a GTX 750 low power GPU with your system... 5-6 amps of +12vdc will be required.

the pc you have has a Intel Celeron G 1620 2.7 GHz.. i dont think that it will be able to handle the gpu itself ,let alone the games

Hello... The reason I suggested a a Case and PS ... is because typical PS sold are in a shape, size and form factor called ATX... Your present case and PS are not this Form factor. What are the measurements of your current PS?

Hello... Power Supply = PS they make them in different shapes and sizes.... ATX PS has a shape and size that will fit in a ATX computer case. Your current PS is not a ATX shape and size. Your case will need a different shape and size than a ATX PS.
