Changing Hard Drive

So yeah I want to change my old hard drive because it's not running smoothly and then only keep the new one. How can I transfer all the data that I have on my current HDD to a new one?

Cloning, quite a few hard-drives come with a utility to do that in the package, you can also use a 3rd party utility like clonezilla or easeus disk clone http://www.todo-backup.com/products/features/disk-clone-guide.htm
