Hello tom's hardware! I'm back for some more advice on a budget pc. At first I was going to go with an AMD x3 build, but after browsing various websites, it seems that an Intel processor will out perform and outlast and AMD one. So this is where I turn to you guys, I am a complete newbie to the internals of a computer (I'm more of a programming C++ sort of guy) and I was wondering if I could get recommendations on a decent budet build.
