[SOLVED] Changing location of user folders

I have a hard drive with 2 75gb partitions. I plan to use the first partition for everything except music, and put all my music on the second partition. How can I change the location of the default music folder under the user files and also the sidebar?

I should add that I am running Tiger 10.4.11
