Changing Mother Boards

Hey right now I have a crapy generic dell mother board and I want to change to get more PCI E lanes. My question is would a have to reinstall windows 10 with the new mother board I'm getting?

None of the drivers will be the same, I would recommend a fresh install of windows 10 after you install it.
